Registration Policies
Registration Deadlines
Registrations will be accepted for both in-person and virtual conference passes until the final day of the event, December 5, 2023. All delegates must be registered online prior to arriving at the conference venue as on-site registration will not be available.
Bulk Invoices
Organizations planning to register 7 or more members for #CHILDHEALTHCAN23 can take advantage of our bulk invoicing option. By registering more than 7 team members, you will receive a 10% discount. For further inquiries on bulk invoicing, please contact conference@childrenshealthcarecanada.ca.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation for any reason must be received via email at conference@childrenshealthcarecanada.ca by November 1, 2023 to generate a refund, and a $150 administrative charge will be deducted. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.
Student registration refunds will be charged a $50 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for social events after November 1, 2023.
Substitutions
Substitutions are permitted within the same registration category and without penalty until November 14, 2023. After November 14, 2023, requests for delegate substitutions will be subject to an administrative fee of $150. Please send your substitution request to conference@childrenshealthcarecanada.ca and include the substitute’s name, telephone number and email address.
Session Cancellations
Children’s Healthcare Canada reserves the right to cancel a session (or sessions) due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance and cannot accept responsibility for out-of-pocket expenses incurred due to the cancellation of any session.
Privacy Policy / Personal Information
Contact and other personal information obtained from your conference registration form is closely protected. It is used by Children’s Healthcare Canada staff to administer delegate lists or to advise delegates of future Children’s Healthcare Canada events and offerings. Withholding your consent to use this information as described may limit our ability to serve you. To update personal information or ask questions about how we collect or use personal information, contact conference@childrenshealthcarecanada.ca.
