Issuing a Refund
- On the left-hand side Master Menu click - Registration - Registrants - Active
- Use the search bar on the top right to find the registrant you are looking for.
- Right-Click on the Action button and click - Invoice
- If the registrant has an amount to be refunded, you will see a red bar at the top of the page indicating there is a refund owing. Click on the "here"
- A pop up will appear with amount owing and transaction ID to refund.
Adding a Refund to an Invoice
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see any completed transactions there. Click on the -Option button and click - Refund
- The window below will pop up. You can issue a Full Refund/ Partial Refund or adjust the amount. Once completed click the - Refund button
