Starting at the dashboard go to the left hand master menu and click Registrants
Under registrants you will see:
To edit a registrant's information click on Active and you will see a list of all completed registrations for the event.
You can search for a specific registrant by writing their name/company/registrant key etc in the search bar on the top right.
To edit a registration left click on the gear icon beside the registrant's line. You will be able to View/Edit, view Invoice, or cancel their registration.
Click on View/Edit
All fields from your registration webpage will be shown here. You can edit any of the fields including their selected Registration fees. Note that this will effect their invoice depending on what you do (i.e. Adding additional tickets will show a balance owing on their invoice, or un-selecting a field with a dollar value associated to it will cause a refund to be owed)
On the right side you can View payment information, Re-send their confirmation Email, Registration links and if badge printing is set up you can re-print their badge.
After any adjustments are made be sure to click Update at the bottom of the page.
