Adding Fees to Your Fields
- Add your desired field (radio, drop down, checkbox) and enter a Title. Then go to the "Values" tab. Add your values (ex. Member, Non-Member).
- Click on the "Options" tab
- Here you will check off "Is this a payable field"
- You then have several options available:
- "Option Has Fee" allows for one fee to be associated with the value
- "Option Has Multiplier" will multiply the cost associated with the value
- "Option Has Fees" allows multiple fees to be associated with the value, for ex. an Early bird rate
- "Save Changes" and go back in to edit the field.
- You will notice under the values there is a $ sign
- Click on the "$" and the Fee Settings will be open. Here you can add an Early Bird Fee and drag the box to the appropriate date on the line. The Regular Fee will be the rate after the early bird date passes.
- If you have chosen "Option Has Multiplier" the fee entered will be multiplied by the number of tickets selected in the field.
