Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

 

Registration Rates

Registration includes breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, conference material and a certificate of attendance (accessed electronically). Please note that we will do our best to accommodate special requests (dietary/accessibility etc.); however, an additional fee may be applied to the individual in some cases. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

CAMAP Membership

A one-year CAMAP membership is available for $165.00 (no additional taxes will be applied). You can purchase your new membership during the registration process for MAiD2023. You will be issued a code on the invoice that will be attached to your confirmation email. You can then visit camapcanada.ca to register for your new membership account. Use the code on your invoice to bypass payment.

Payment Details

Credit - Visa or MasterCard accepted
Cheque – Payable to CAMAP. Option available only until April 7 , 2023. All cheque payments must be received by April 14, 2023. Payments after that date must be made using Visa or MasterCard. Those wishing to make payment via cheque should email Jennifer@parkhillevents.com and once your payment has been processed, registration will be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, minus a $100.00 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via email on or before April 7, 2023. No refunds will be issued after April 7, 2023. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference. 

Anyone wishing to transfer their in-person registration to virtual will pay an administrative fee of $100 and receive a refund of the difference between in-person registration and virtual registration less the administrative fee.  After April 7th, those wishing to transfer from in-person to virtual will not be eligible for a refund of the difference between virtual and in-person registration fees, however, they can attend virtually.
