Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

 

Registration Rates

Returning Registrant Register

Registration includes continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, conference material and a certificate of attendance (accessed electronically). Please note that we will do our best to accommodate special requests (dietary/accessibility etc.); however, an additional fee may be applied to the individual in some cases. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

The rates below are subject to 13% tax and are in Canadian dollars

CAMAP Membership

A one year CAMAP membership is available for $150.00 (no additional taxes will be applied). You will be issued a code on the invoice that will be attached to your confirmation email that can be used to register with CAMAP directly and will allow you to bypass payment.

Cheque – Payable to the University Health Network. Option available only until April 6, 2020. All cheque payments must be received by April 13, 2020. Payments after that date must be made using Visa or MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, minus a $100.00 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via email on or before April 6, 2020. No refunds will be issued after April 6, 2020. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference.
