Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

 

Canadian Association of MAiD Assessors and Providers (CAMAP)

At its core it is made up of physicians who provide MAiD services – assessment and procedure. These members span the medical spectrum, they are family physicians, hospitalists, internists, anesthetists. Other industry professionals have joined us as well, in particular health care administrators, pharmacists, bio-ethicists.

Mission

  • Support MAiD assessors and providers in their work
  • Educate the public and the health care community about MAiD
  • Provide leadership on determining standards and guidelines in MAiD provision
  • While we are predominantly an association of physicians and nurse practitioners, anyone interested in supporting this work is most welcome to join our community and become an associate CAMAP member. This includes nurses, pharmacists, speech & language specialists, administrators, law makers, lawyers, social workers, activists, counsellors and more.

Membership
A one year CAMAP membership is available for $150.00 (no additional taxes will be applied) on the conference registration form. You will be issued a code on the invoice that will be attached to your confirmation email that can be used to register with CAMAP directly and will allow you to bypass payment.
