Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

 

Venue

The event will take place at the Fredericton Convention Center, The Crown Plaza Fredericton and various off-site venues for social events in the city. Stay tuned for more information in early 2026. Learn more about the Fredericton region here.

Despite securing a larger-than-usual room block for our group in Fredericton, both of our primary hotels have now sold out. Unfortunately, no additional rooms are available at either the Hilton Garden Inn or the Crowne Plaza Lord Beaverbrook.

We have been able to secure a limited number of additional rooms at the Delta, and have also arranged a new room block for attendees at the newly renovated Comfort Inn (797 Prospect Street), located approximately an 8-minute drive or 25-minute transit ride from the FCC.

We are encouraged by the strong interest in this year’s Annual Meeting and are continuing to explore options to ensure as many attendees as possible can join us in Fredericton. We are currently investigating the possibility of a shuttle bus for June 11-13 from both the Delta and the Comfort Inn. Information will be posted here when it becomes available.
