• Build peer awareness of mental health challenges experienced by MRTs through sharing experiences.
• Provide an opportunity for MRTs to learn from peer experiences.
• Share recommendations for navigating and supporting personal and/or peer mental health experiences.
• Provide an opportunity to share recommendations for self-care and improving mental health.

This session will be 50 minutes (40 minute presentation with 10 minutes of Q&A)
