Collecte et utilisation des renseignements personnels

La FHCC utilise les renseignements recueillis sur ce formulaire pour vous fournir de l'information et des services liés à notre Forum virtuel sur la formation des membres (FVFM). Nous utilisons également ces renseignements pour préparer les rapports statistiques concernant la participation au FVFM pour usage interne.

Sauf mention contraire dans le présent avis, l'accès aux renseignements personnels non publics vous concernant est limité aux employés de la FHCC et aux autres parties qui doivent utiliser ces renseignements pour vous fournir des services. Nous mettrons en place des mesures de protection physiques, électroniques et procédurales conformément aux lois applicables et aux politiques de la FHCC dans le but de protéger vos renseignements personnels contre tout accès ou modification non autorisé.

Votre adresse de courriel sera conservée séparément de toute autre donnée jusqu’à cinq ans après ce FVFM, afin de pouvoir communiquer avec vous concernant votre participation à des sondages et à des consultations organisées par la FHCC dans le but de vous fournir de l’information au sujet d’autres services qui pourraient vous intéresser. Cette information sera sauvegardée sur un serveur sécurisé avec des autorisations restreintes et utilisée seulement aux fins décrites ci-haut.

Tous les autres renseignements personnels recueillis lors de votre inscription au FVFM seront sauvegardés de façon sécurisée avec un accès restreint jusqu’à ce qu’ils puissent être détruits, soit au plus tard le 30 septembre 2020.

En vous inscrivant au FVFM, vous consentez à la collecte, à l'utilisation et à la divulgation de vos renseignements personnels aux fins susmentionnées.

Enregistrements et images électroniques

La FHCC enregistrera certains webinaires du FVFM.

Les noms et les images des participants ne seront pas visibles durant le webinaire et ne seront pas enregistrés, mais ceux du présentateur, des panélistes et/ou de l’animateur de l'atelier seront visibles pour les participants durant la séance.

Après chaque webinaire, des copies du webinaire seront partagées avec les participants. Nous rappelons aux coopératives d'habitation et à leurs participants inscrits qu'ils ne doivent pas porter atteinte à la vie privée et aux autres droits des autres personnes, et en particulier qu’ils ne doivent pas capturer et/ou partager des captures d’écran ou d’autres renseignements personnels qu'ils obtiennent du webinaire ou durant celui-ci, ou de l’enregistrement diffusé après le webinaire.

Description : Your co-op’s building envelope consists of its roof, subfloor, exterior doors, windows and exterior walls. The building envelope keeps outside elements such as water and moisture from entering and causing damage. This webinar will take a deeper look at building envelopes and developing strategies to help us properly care for our co-ops at the minimum cost. We will discuss materials used, common signs of failure and factors to consider when renewal takes place. We will talk about Building Condition Assessment and discuss how to prioritize repairs with your capital plan.
