Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

Surgeons, Residents & Fellows

Didactic Only (May 8, 2026)
In-person access to the full didactic program at the Temerty Advanced Surgical Education & Simulation Centre. Includes expert-led lectures in sleep surgery, interdisciplinary discussions, industry engagement, and conference meals.

Didactic + Advanced Skills Lab (May 8–9, 2026)
Includes the didactic program and a full-day advanced skills lab with focused lectures, live demonstrations, and hands-on training. Participants work in groups using high-fidelity 3D-printed models. Includes meals, scrubs, and locker access.

Physicians & Dentists

Didactic Only (May 8, 2026)
In-person access to the full didactic program, including lectures, discussions, industry engagement, and conference meals.

Didactic + Physician Observer Skills Lab (May 8–9, 2026)
Limited to 10 observer spots. Physicians and Dentists will observe and assist with surgical & non-surgical procedures such as drug induced sleep endoscopy (DISE), treatment planning, and oral appliance therapy. Within each group, participants will be paired with two surgeons to observe procedures closely while engaging with faculty and vendors. Includes meals, scrubs, and locker access.

Note: Attendance on May 8 is required to participate in the skills lab.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund minus a $75 administrative fee will be issued for cancellations received by email on or before April 20, 2026. No refunds after April 21, 2026. No refunds for no-shows.
