Details and Terms
Registration fee includes program attendance, access to program materials for 2 years (via NFLP’s password protected intranet), daily light breakfast, coffee and refreshment breaks, Monday end-of-day Opening Reception (cash bar). Additional payment is required to attend Thursday’s Closing Event.
Organizations may register multiple delegates at one time and individuals can return to make changes to their registration following initial registration, however any cancellations (including cancelling program add-ons such as dinner tickets or materials) must be done in writing to nflpcoordinator@flsc.ca.
Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a 10% discount. We are also able to arrange for group invoicing and individual registration. Please contact nflpcoordinator@flsc.ca for details.
Registration is available through this website only and payment must be made with a major credit card.
If you are GST exempt, please e-mail our NFLP coordinator at nflpcoordinator@flsc.ca, including a letter outlining your GST exempt status and your GST exemption number, in order to have GST charges reversed.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing, on or before June 5, 2026 for a refund to be issued. A $50.00 fee + HST will be withheld from any refund. If you cancel your Program registration you will not receive program materials, or any other items ordered during registration. Please send notification of cancellation to nflpcoordinator@flsc.ca.
No refunds will be issued after June 5, 2026, for any reason, including work related changes, or weather or travel disruption, unless the Program itself is cancelled.
Once a notice of cancellation has been received, no substitutions will be permitted.
Registration System Terms & Conditions
D.E. Systems' myConferenceSuite Registration System is responsible for personal information under its control. Collection of personal information by myConferenceSuite will be limited to what is necessary for the purposes of registration for the event.
When we use trusted third parties to act on our behalf by performing such functions as processing credit card payments, contractual or other appropriate means are used to ensure compliance by such third parties with this Policy and all applicable privacy laws.
Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, to process the registration data to a given event.
We will keep your personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.
The Policy is subject to PIPEDA and/or any other applicable privacy laws and myConferenceSuite reserves the right to change it at any time.

- All cancellations must be sent in writing to nflpcoordinator@flsc.ca.
- Registration cancellations must be received in writing, on or before June 5, 2026 for a refund to be issued. If you cancel your registration you will not receive program materials or any other items ordered during registration.
- Cancellation of Program add-ons such as Print or USB materials, T-Shirts or dinner tickets will be fully refunded up until May 31, 2026. No refunds will be issued following that date.
- No refunds will be issued after May 31, 2026, for any reason, including work related changes, or weather or travel disruption, unless the Program itself is cancelled.
- Changes to speakers, content, dates and venues may be necessary. In the event of program cancellation, our liability is limited to reimbursement of paid fees.
- Once a notice of cancellation has been received, no substitutions will be permitted.
Credit card companies require online transactions be verified by confirming your CVV (Customer Verification Value) number to ensure that you are the true cardholder.
The 3 digit CVV is on the reverse side of your card near the signature panel similar to the picture.
NOTE:
If you are using American Express the CVV is a FOUR (4) digit number found on the front of your card in small, black print ABOVE your credit card number.
