Registration fee includes program attendance, access to program materials for 2 years (via NFLP’s password protected intranet), daily light breakfast, coffee and refreshment breaks, Opening reception (cash bar). Additional payment is required to attend the Jim Williams Dinner.
Organizations may register multiple delegates at one time and individuals can return to make changes to their registration following initial registration, however any cancellations (including cancelling program add-ons such as dinner tickets or materials) must be done in writing to nflpcoordinator@flsc.ca.
Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a 10% discount.
Legal Aid Lawyers and offices are eligible for a 20% discount.
These discounts may not be combined with each other or with any other promotions.

Registration is available through this website only and payment must be made with a major credit card unless exceptions required and cleared with the NFLP coordinator. If you require a group invoice or payment by EFT, please contact nflpcoordinator@flsc.ca.
If you are GST exempt, please e-mail our NFLP coordinator at nflpcoordinator@flsc.ca, including a letter outlining your GST exempt status and your GST exemption number, in order to have GST charges reversed.
Early Registration Promotion – EARLY75
The promotional code EARLY75 provides a $75 discount on registration fees and is available to the first 200 registrants only. The discount is applied at the time of registration and is subject to availability.
This promotional code may not be combined with any other discounts, including but not limited to group rates, legal aid rates, or other promotional offers. Only one discount may be applied per registration.
The promotion has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be applied retroactively to registrations already completed.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be sent in writing to nflpcoordinator@flsc.ca.
Registration cancellations must be received in writing, on or before June 5, 2026 for a refund to be issued. A $50.00 cancellation fee + GST will be withheld from any registration cancellation refund. If you cancel your registration you will not receive program materials or any other items ordered during registration.
No refunds will be issued after June 5, 2026, for any reason, including work related changes, or weather or travel disruption, unless the Program itself is cancelled.
Changes to speakers, content, dates and venues may be necessary. In the event of program cancellation, our liability is limited to reimbursement of paid fees.
Once a notice of cancellation has been received, no substitutions will be permitted.
Accreditation and CJC Approval Details
The NFLP Program contains up to 16.25 hours of substantive legal educational.
The specific accreditations are pending.
Federally Appointed Judges should refer to resolution #32 of The Canadian Judicial Council.
