 Hotel Policies

Participants are to book their rooms individually and solely through hotel’s URL link, provided. Rate includes VAT, self-service breakfast, the use of internet, swimming pool, sauna, and fitness. Daily city tax is 3.13 EUR per person per night and is not included in the rates. Check-in is available from 14:00 onwards Check-out until 12:00. Early check-in can be requested and approved upon availability at the discretion of the Hotel; charges may apply. Late check-out fee is 50 % of the daily rate and is charged for all departures between 12:00 and 18:00 hours. Check out after 18:00 results in 100 % daily rate fee including all taxes.

Eurostars uHotel - Cancellations/No shows

Only written cancellations addressed to the hotel will be accepted. Cancellations up to three (3) days prior to arrival – no cancellation fee. Cancellation within three (3) days prior to arrival – one (1) overnight cancellation fee, excluding taxes. No show – Cancellation fee for the entire length of stay will be charged, excluding taxes.

Grand Hotel Union Eurostars - Cancellations/No shows

Only written cancellations addressed to the hotel will be accepted. Cancellations up to seven (7) days prior to arrival – no cancellation fee. Cancellation within seven (7) days prior to arrival – one (1) overnight cancellation fee, excluding taxes. No show – Cancellation fee for the entire length of stay will be charged, excluding taxes.
