Pass Types
In-Person Experience Pass
Passes for the in-person experience include access to all sessions, presented live and in-person at the Hilton Lac- Leamy in Gatineau; access to the sponsor lounge; lunch and snacks on the day(s) of your purchased pass, and access to the virtual event platform giving you the ability to interact with virtual attendees throughout the event. All passes (1-day pass or full-conference pass) include access to the Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony on the evening of June 2. More information below under ‘Registration Policies’. You will also have the same access as all virtual event attendees to the virtual platform. Meaning, you can chat with them via the platform, you can tune into virtual sessions from your hotel room if you wish, etc.
Many sessions will be recorded and available on demand following the conference. Free access to these on-demand sessions is included in the price of afull conference passes, 1-day pass holder may also access any available session by paying a fee..

Virtual Experience Pass
All pass types for the CAMRT 2023 Virtual experience include access to virtual live sessions, virtual sponsor booths, and networking, all via the virtual conference platform. More information below under ‘Registration Policies’
Most sessions will be recorded and available on-demand following the conference. Access to on- demand sessions is included with all virtual passes.

What’s Included?
In-person
Full-conference pass registration provides the greatest value and includes complete access to attend all sessions (in-person, as well as those that will be available on- demand, for a period of 12 months following the event). It also includes access to the sponsor lounge, the CAMRT AGM on June 1st, AM and PM catered networking breaks, lunch both days, the Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony, and virtual networking within the virtual conference platform/app where you can connect with sponsors and attendees (both in person and virtual).
1-day pass registration includes access to all sessions available on that day. It also includes access to the Sponsor Lounge, AM and PM catered breaks, lunch on the day for which the pass is purchased, the Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony * and, virtual networking within the platform/app where you can connect with sponsors and attendees (both virtual and in person!). 1-day passes do not include free access to the sessions on demand after the event.
*Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony is included with either a June 2nd or June 3rd pass.
Virtual
Virtual passes include access to all sessions live streamed to the virtual audience on June 2nd and 3rd, virtual networking within the platform where you can connect with sponsors and both virtual and in-person attendees, virtual exhibit booths, and the CAMRT Annual General Meeting (AGM). A virtual pass will also give you free access to all sessions made available on- demand for a period of 12 months following the event. Please note that one-day virtual passes are not available.
Registration Policies and Other Notes
- Membership status must be verifiable to access member pricing. If If you register as a member or a student member, but your CAMRT membership status cannot be verified, your registration will be cancelled, your registration will be refunded, and you will have to re-register at the non-member rate. This will be communicated to you prior to the cancellation.

- Requests for changes, cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to events@camrt.ca. Please see the terms of our cancellation policy below
- If you wish to register for the Annual General Meeting only (live streamed), you can do so here
- When registering, you will be asked to provide your CAMRT ID number which can be found under "My Profile" in your online CAMRT account.
- If you do not have a current CAMRT membership, please proceed as a non-member during registration. Not a member but would like to receive the member conference rate? Become a member by clicking here and then complete your conference application to receive the discount!

Cancellation, Change and Substitution Policies
If you are unable to participate in CAMRT 2023 after registering, the following cancellation policy applies for all pass types:
- Full refund up to and including April 21st, 2023 less $50 administration fee
- 50% refund between April 22nd, 2023 and May 24th, 2023 less $50 administration fee
- No refunds after May 24th, 2023
- Substitutions are permitted until May 24th, 2023
- Changes and cancellations cannot be made online. Requests must be emailed to events@camrt.ca
