In-Person Experience Pass
Passes for the-person experience include access to all sessions, presented live and-person at the Sheraton Wall Centre Vancouver; access to the sponsor lounge; lunch and snacks on the day(s) of your purchased pass, and access to the virtual event platform giving you the ability to interact with virtual attendees throughout the event. All passes (1 day pass or full conference pass) include access to the Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony on the evening of April 23.
Many sessions will be recorded and available on-demand following the conference, access to on-demand sessions is included with all virtual passes.

Virtual Experience Pass
All pass types for CAMRT 2022 Virtual experience include access to virtual live sessions, virtual sponsor booths, and networking all via the virtual conference platform. More information below under ‘Registration Policies’
Many sessions will be recorded and available on-demand following the conference, access to on demand sessions is included with all virtual passes.

You can also download the program at glance using the link below. the meantime, we will post speakers and their topics as they are confirmed but will post their scheduled speaking time for both the-person and virtual audience February 2022.

This draft program is for both the-person and virtual audience. Stream specific talks will be delivered at different times for the-person and virtual audiences to allow live Q & A sessions. The 4 keynote sessions will be live streamed to the virtual audience from the-person venue. Once speakers are confirmed, early 2022, the-person and virtual programs will be posted separately.

Yes, most sessions will be available on-demand, pending speaker approval. It will be noted each session description closer to the conference if it will be available on-demand and if the on-demand version will have credits attached to it will be available for viewing anytime during the 12 months following the conference. All on-demand sessions will be available for no additional cost to attendees who purchased a full conference pass or virtual pass. Single day passes do not qualify for free access to on-demand sessions, but can be accessed for a small fee.
Most sessions will have Category A credits/credit hour assigned to them.
To receive your credit as an in-person attendee, your badge will be scanned on your way and out of the room to ensure you stayed for the session its entirety.
To receive your credit as a virtual attendee, you must be signed to the live session for its entirety.
Most sessions will be available on-demand following the conference but will not have Category A credits assigned to them when viewing on-demand. It will be noted each session description if it will be available on-demand.
Credits will be issued within 30 days of the conference
If you attend the full conference,-person or virtually, you can receive up to 10 Category A Credits from the live sessions alone. Note, you must be signed into the live virtual session or be the room for an-person session for its entirety to receive the credit.
You can earn even more credits by viewing sessions on-demand after the conference! Since you can only be one place at a time live, you won’t be able to attend all sessions live but you can view most sessions on-demand after the conference for up to a year! Keep mind, the on-demand sessions do not qualify for Category A credits.
If you are unable to participate the CAMRT 2022 National Conference, the following cancellation policy applies for all pass types:
- Full refund until March 15, 2022 less $50 administration fee
- 50% refund between March 16, 2022 and April 14, 2022 less $50 administration fee
- No refunds after April 14, 2022
- Substitutions are permitted until April 14, 2022
- Changes and cancellations cannot be made online. Requests must be emailed to events@camrt.ca
- Refunds will be processed after the conference
Our call for presentation abstracts closed September 30th, 2021. We are still accepting poster abstract submissions until February 15th, 2022 – fill out this form to submit.

Enhance your conference experience with a swag bag! Sponsored by BMS, CAMRT’s trusted provider of Personal Professional Liability Insurance, the swag bag is available to both in-person and virtual attendees for a small additional cost. You can add this to your cart at the time of registration.
In-Person Attendee Swag Bag - $25
For $25 you will receive a swag bag when you pick up your name badge. It will include a branded cloth mask, hand sanitizer, notebook, pen, mints and a tote bag.
Virtual Attendee Swag Bag - $35
For $35 you will receive a swag box, shipped directly to your home (using the address provided at the time of registration) in time for the event. It will include a coffee mug, notebook, a pen and mints.
The virtual attendee option is only available to Canadian residents.

In-Person Attendees
We have a page dedicated to Duty of Care, which you can find here. It outlines all our plans and policies to adhere to the strictest health and safety protocols throughout the event Vancouver.
Full conference registration is the best value and includes complete access to all sessions (live and those that will be available on-demand for a period of 12 months following the event). It also includes access to all sessions at the-person event, ability to visit sponsor booths, access to the CAMRT AGM on April 24th, catering for AM and PM networking breaks, lunch both days, the Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony the evening of April 23rd, virtual networking within the platform/app where you can connect with sponsors and both virtual and-person attendees.
One day passes include access to any session available on the day the pass is purchased for, ability to visit sponsor booths, catering for AM and PM breaks, lunch on the day the pass is purchased for, access to the Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony the evening of April 23rd*, virtual networking within the platform/app where you can connect with sponsors and both virtual and-person attendees. One day passes do not include free access to the sessions on-demand after the event.
*This is included with both the April 23rd and April 24th pass.
Yes, you will have the same access as all virtual event attendees. Meaning, you can chat with them via the platform, you can tune into virtual sessions from your hotel room if you wish, etc. The virtual platform will double as our event app.

Virtual Attendees
It is scheduled a similar way to an-person event, with up to 4 concurrent sessions happening at once. All sessions will be broadcast live, most with a live Q&A period following the presentation. some cases, pre-recorded content will be mixed within the live content. Once you join your session, you will be able to ask questions, chat with other audience members, as well as participate live polling. The 4 keynote sessions will be streamed live from the-person event. All other conference sessions will be broadcast uniquely to the virtual audience for maximum engagement. You will also be able to participate our Annual General Meeting held over lunch on April 24.
You will be able to network with all other attendees through chat functions, which features group chat options, or you can sign-in to the virtual networking lounge and chat by video. You can also engage with sponsors via their virtual booths.
No, there is only one pass type available for the virtual version of the event. It gives you full access to all sessions offered throughout the weekend.
Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to navigate away from the page anytime during the live event if needed. You may need to log back upon your return. However, if you are a live session you must stay on that page for the entire session to receive credit. Participation is automatically tracked through the platform.
We cannot stop you from viewing the sessions together; however, only the person who has registered for the event will be eligible for credit. Also, if you have not registered for the conference, you are not able to enjoy the other features of the platform, like networking.
Yes, you will be able to connect with any attendee or sponsor throughout the event using the chat function. The virtual platform will double as our event app for the-person attendees.
