Cancellation Policy

A full refund, minus an administration fee of $25.00, will be issued for cancellations received via email to Conference Services conferences@uhn.ca on or before October 13, 2020. No refunds will be issued after October 13, 2020. Refunds will not be granted to guests who do not attend the conference.

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registrations is permitted up to two days prior to the conference by contacting conferences@uhn.ca. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.

All best endeavors will be made to present the program as represented on the website. The Toronto ABI Network and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Toronto ABI Network, Planning Committee and Conference Organizers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration.

If the Toronto ABI Network is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the Virtual Event you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such Virtual Event cannot be Virtually conducted because of a software or issue with the hosting platform or due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) the Toronto ABI Network shall have the right to immediately terminate the affected Virtual Event without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to Registrant.
