REGISTRATION POLICIES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Registration Payment Policy

Full payment of registration and any electives must be made at the time of registration. Registrations must be received by no later than the May 31, 2023, deadline. Registration payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Registration Cancellation and Refund

You must contact us no later than May 31, 2023, to cancel your registration. For cancellations made prior to May 31, 2023, your registration fee will be refunded to the original form of payment, less a $50 cancellation fee per person. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the May 31, 2023, deadline. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address and contact phone number.

Registration Substitution

Registrant substitutions of equal value will be accepted with the written permission of the original registrant, and with the approval of Egg Farmers of Canada. Substitution requests must come from the original registrant. The email request must include the original registrant’s name, with their written permission to replace the original attendee’s name with the substitute’s name, email, and affiliation.

Registration Confirmation and Conference Badge

Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email. Conference badges will be made available onsite at the registration desk as of Saturday, July 9, 2023 .

Terms and Conditions

D.E. Systems' myConferenceSuite Registration System is responsible for personal information under its control. Collection of personal information by myConferenceSuite will be limited to what is necessary for the purposes of registration for the event.

When we use trusted third parties to act on our behalf by performing such functions as processing credit card payments, contractual or other appropriate means are used to ensure compliance by such third parties with this Policy and all applicable privacy laws.

Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, to process the registration data to a given event.

We will keep your personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.

The Policy is subject to PIPEDA and/or any other applicable privacy laws and myConferenceSuite reserves the right to change it at any time.
