Terms and Conditions

D.E. Systems' myConferenceSuite Registration System is responsible for personal information under its control. Collection of personal information by myConferenceSuite will be limited to what is necessary for the purposes of registration for the event.

When we use trusted third parties to act on our behalf by performing such functions as processing credit card payments, contractual or other appropriate means are used to ensure compliance by such third parties with this Policy and all applicable privacy laws.

Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, to process the registration data to a given event.

We will keep your personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.

The Policy is subject to PIPEDA and/or any other applicable privacy laws and myConferenceSuite reserves the right to change it at any time.

Booking

All sponsorship requests are subject to approval by the GTA Rehab Network. If you would like to be a sponsor or exhibitor, contact info@gtarehabnetwork.ca.

Payment

Payment for all sponsorships will be done online with a Visa or MasterCard. A receipt will be issued and 100% is to be paid to the University Health Network at least 1 month prior to the conference.

Cancellation Policy

We cannot accept cancellation of sponsorship once it has been committed. Upon commitment of sponsorship, the sponsor will be liable for the total sponsorship committed. This includes the cost of the items/materials pledged under the commitment of the sponsorship. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Registration of Staff

Complimentary registration(s), as outlined in the package description, are for staff tending to the exhibit and include admission to conference sessions. Additional staff must register online as full conference delegates, unless a specific arrangement has been made with the organizers.

Alterations

The organizers reserve the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings at any time. Every endeavour is made to preserve the published layout of the conference area and exhibition. Should it be necessary to revise the layout for any reason, exhibitors will be notified.

Cancellation / Postponement of the Conference

In the event of it being necessary for whatever reason to postpone or cancel the conference, the organizer will not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the sponsor. In the event of cancellation the sponsor will be refunded any monies paid.

Product Promotion

In line with non-profit regulation and UHN policies, sponsors are able to promote their work as an organization. The sponsor is responsible for complying with any applicable country laws and regulations relating to product promotion.

Credit card companies require online transactions be verified by confirming your CVV (Customer Verification Value) number to ensure that you are the true cardholder.

The 3 digit CVV is on the reverse side of your card near the signature panel similar to the picture.

NOTE:
If you are using American Express the CVV is a FOUR (4) digit number found on the front of your card in small, black print ABOVE your credit card number.
