Volunteering at NCLP 2025
Program organizers rely on volunteer summer students to perform essential services that help make this event possible. Volunteers are asked to trade two days of service (including Sunday before and/or Day 1 on Monday) in exchange for free attendance at the Program, access to the Program materials, and a Program t-shirt. Volunteers will assist with: registration, conducting Faculty tours, directing VIP’s, directing delegates to breakout rooms, escorting delegates to empty seats, assisting exhibitors, and other tasks.
Volunteers should have customer service experience and bilingualism is an asset. This opportunity is open to any current law students at a Canadian university. We are unable to provide funding for travel or accommodation.
If you would like to take advantage of this excellent opportunity to network with and learn from some of Canada’s finest family practitioners, please email nclpcoordinator@flsc.ca by May 15, 2025.
The volunteer group is limited to 20 so please reach out to us as early as possible to confirm your spot. If more than 20 volunteer applications are received, positions will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis to those who meet the availability requirements (i.e. available Sunday, July 6 and/or Monday, July 7, as well as one of July 8, 9, 10, or 11).
