Registration fee includes program attendance, access to program materials for 2 years (via NCLP’s password protected intranet), daily light breakfast, coffee and refreshment breaks, First Time Attendee Reception (for first time attendees only, cash bar) and Monday end of day reception (cash bar). Additional payment is required to attend Thursday’s Closing Event.
Organizations may register multiple delegates at one time and individuals can return to make changes to their registration following initial registration, however any cancellations (including cancelling program add-ons such as dinner tickets or materials) must be done in writing tonclpcoordinator@flsc.ca.
Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a 10% discount. We are also able to arrange for group invoicing and individual registration. Please contact nclpcoordinator@flsc.ca for details.
Registration is available through this website only and payment must be made with a major credit card.
If you are GST exempt, please e-mail our NCLP coordinator at nclpcoordinator@flsc.ca, including a letter outlining your GST exempt status and your GST exemption number, in order to have GST charges reversed.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be received in writing, on or before May 31, 2024 for a refund to be issued. A $50.00 fee + HST will be withheld from any refund. If you cancel your Program registration you will not receive program materials, or any other items ordered during registration. Please send notification of cancellation tonclpcoordinator@flsc.ca.
- No refunds will be issued after May 31, 2024, for any reason, including work related changes, or weather or travel disruption, unless the Program itself is cancelled.
- Once a notice of cancellation has been received, no substitutions will be permitted.
Accreditation and CJC Approval Details
NCLP core program contains 20.5 hours of educational content. The mentoring breakfasts provide an additional 2 hours to those who attend.
The following specific accreditations have been received:
Law Society of British Columbia: Accredited CPD Provider; up to 22.5 Credits of which up to 9.5 pertain to professional responsibility, ethics, or practice management
Law Society of Saskatchewan: Accredited CDP provider, up to 22.5 hours of which 5 are Ethics
Law Society of Ontario: This program contains up to 8 hours and 45 minutes of Professionalism content.
This program contains 45 minutes of EDI Professionalism content.Specific sessions identified in the program with LSO logos.
Certificates of attendance will be automatically produced and sent to all individuals for whom Quebec is their province of residence after the program. Individuals who require certificates of attendance from outside of Quebec can request these at nclpcoordinator@flsc.ca

- Changes to speakers, content, dates and venues may be necessary. In the event of program cancellation, our liability is limited to reimbursement of paid fees.
