Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

*Proof of status (e.g. hospital ID) is required to be uploaded during the online registration process for the discounted rate to be honored

Registration Details

Online registration closes November 16 at 9:00 AM.
If space permits, new onsite registration will be available at the Delta Hotel Toronto beginning at 6:00 PM on November 19.
Onsite check-in for pre-registered attendees will also open at 6:00 PM on November 19.
Education sessions take place on November 20 and 21, 2026.

Payment Details

  • Credit – Visa or MasterCard accepted
  • Cheque – Payable to the University Health Network. This option be available until October 9, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Changes to registrations: send requests in writing to Conference Services conferences@uhn.ca

  • Full refund minus a $75 administration fee for cancellations on or before October 23, 2026.
  • Registration can be transferred to another person until October 30, 2026. All changes must be submitted in writing.
  • No refunds after October 23, 2026, including for no-shows.
