Come and share your newest and best clinical initiatives, innovations and research in any area of LTV and help create
a day of rich programming.
Regulations and Procedures for Abstract Submission
- All abstract submissions must be made by the authors of the abstract.
- Authors may submit more than one abstract.
- Presenting authors must be fully paid conference registrants. Abstracts attributed to presenting authors not registered by October 9, 2026, will not be considered.
- Abstracts should not exceed 500 words. Scientific characters are acceptable. Simple tables, figures and graphs are acceptable. To upload your presentation, please follow the instructions on the submission form.
- All abstracts are to be submitted online via the conference abstract portal.
- All those who submit must certify that their abstract is an original work and has not been published prior to the conference.
- All abstracts that are approved will be included in the designated poster area for viewing.
- Authors of abstracts selected by the Abstract Committee will be invited to make a brief oral presentation.
- The official language of the conference is English.
Deadline
All abstracts must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
Abstract Review Process
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the conference Abstract Committee.
- Abstracts may relate to innovative programs, clinical research, quality improvement, case reports or education associated with LTV.
- Abstracts will be evaluated for appropriateness, completeness of information and merit.
- All submissions will be acknowledged and assigned an abstract number.
- All abstract rejections made by the Committee will be final.
Notice of Status of Abstract
Authors will be notified of the outcome of their abstract submission by early September 2026. All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters. The Scientific Committee will select posters for oral presentation during the conference (afternoon day 2).

Step 1: Primary Author Information

Step 2: Add Co-Author Information (if applicable)
- First and Last Name
- Credentials
- Affiliation (one institution only per co-author)
Step 3: Abstract Title
- Type the title as a sentence beginning with a capital and capitalizing only proper nouns.
Step 4: Abstract Content
- Please structure your abstract using the following headings: Background/Objectives; Methods; Results; Conclusion
- Figures, graphs and images may be included within the submission.
Step 5: Preferred Presentation Format
- Are you willing to present orally, if selected?
- Should your abstract be accepted at the conference for a Poster Presentation, do you consent to having your abstract available on the conference website?
Step 6: Declaration and Consent
- I certify that this abstract is an original work and has not been published prior to the LTV Conference.
Step 7: Submit Abstract
- Click submit and a confirmation screen will appear. The primary author will also receive a confirmation email.
Review or Edit your Abstract
- Navigate to View all Abstracts in the left hand menu. Click action and then click view. This will take you to your abstract submission where you can review and make any changes. Be sure to click Submit again to save changes.
