Registration Policies, Cancellations & Refunds

Registration Payment Policy

Full payment of registration and any electives must be made at the time of registration. Registrations must be received by no later than the July 1, 2019 deadline. Registration payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

**Due to the unique northern limitations, registrations beyond July 1, 2019 can not be accomodated**

Registration Cancellation and Refund

You must contact us no later than July 1, 2019 to cancel your registration. For cancellations made prior to July 1, 2019, your registration fee will be refunded to the original form of payment, less a $50 cancellation fee per person. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the July 1, 2019 deadline. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address and contact phone number.

Registration Substitution

Registrant substitutions of equal value will be accepted with the written permission of the original registrant, and with the approval of Egg Farmers of Canada. Substitution requests must come from the original registrant. The email request must include the original registrant’s name, with their written permission to replace the original attendee name with the subsitute’s name. email, and affiliation.

Registration Confirmation and Conference Badge

Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email. Conference badges will be made available onsite at the registration desk as of August 10, 2019
