In-Person Experience Pass
Passes for the in-person experience include access to all sessions, presented live and in-person at the Jasper Park Lodge; access to the sponsor lounge; lunch and snacks on the day(s) of your purchased pass, and access to the virtual event platform giving you the ability to interact with virtual attendees throughout the event. All passes (1 day pass or full conference pass) include access to the Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony on the evening of May 2. More information below under 'Registration Policies'.
Many sessions will be recorded and available on demand following the conference. These on-demand sessions are included in the price of full conference passes only.

Virtual Experience Pass
All pass types for the CAMRT 2025 virtual experience include access to virtual live sessions, virtual sponsor booths, and networking, all via the virtual conference platform. More information below under 'Registration Policies'
Most sessions will be recorded and available on-demand following the conference, access to on-demand sessions is included with all virtual passes.

What's Included?
In-person
Full conference registration provides the greatest value and includes complete access to attend all sessions (in-person, as well as those that will be available on- demand, for a period of 12 months following the event). It also includes access to the sponsor lounge, the CAMRT AGM on May 1, morning and afternoon catered networking breaks, lunch both days, the Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony, and virtual networking within the virtual conference platform/app where you can connect with sponsors and attendees (both in person and virtual).
1-day passincludes complete access to attend all session that day. It also includes access to the sponsor lounge, the CAMRT AGM on May 1, morning and afternoon catered networking breaks, lunch both days, the Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony, and virtual networking within the virtual conference platform/app where you can connect with sponsors and attendees (both in person and virtual). Single day passes do not qualify for free access to on-demand sessions, but can be accessed for a small fee.
*Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony is included with either a May 2 or May 3 pass.
Virtual
include access to all sessions live streamed to the virtual audience on May 2-3, virtual networking within the platform where you can connect with sponsors and both virtual and in-person attendees, virtual exhibit booths, and the CAMRT Annual General Meeting (AGM). A virtual pass will also give you free access to all sessions made available on-demand for a period of 12 months following the event. Please note that one-day virtual passes are not available.
Registration Policies and Other Notes
- Membership status must be verifiable to access member pricing. If you register as a member or a student member, but your CAMRT membership status cannot be verified, your registration will be cancelled and refunded, and you will have to re-register at the non-member rate. This will be communicated to you prior to the cancellation.
- When registering, you will be asked to provide your CAMRT ID number which can be found under "My Profile" in your online CAMRT account.
- If you do not have a current CAMRT membership, please proceed as a non-member during registration. Not a member but would like to receive the member conference rate? Become a member by clicking here and then complete your conference application to receive the discount!

Cancellation, Change and Substitution Policies
If you are unable to participate in CAMRT 2025 after registering, the following cancellation policy applies for all pass types:
- Full refund up to and including March 21, 2025 less a $50 administration fee
- 50% refund between March 22, 2025 and April 23, 2025 less a $50 administration fee
- No refunds after April 24, 2025
- Substitutions are permitted until April 23, 2025
- Changes and cancellations cannot be made online. Requests must be emailed to events@camrt.ca
Refunds will be processed after the conference.
