The 4 plenary sessions will be live streamed to the virtual audience from the in-person venue. Once all speakers are confirmed, the in-person and virtual programs will be posted separately.

Yes, contact Karen Morrison (kmorrison@camrt.ca) to inquire.
Yes, most sessions will be available on-demand, pending speaker approval. All on-demand sessions will be available for no additional cost to attendees who purchased a full conference pass or virtual pass. Single day passes do not qualify for free access to on-demand sessions, but can be accessed for a small fee.
Viewing of on-demand sessions does not qualify for Category A credits.
Most sessions will have Category A credits assigned to them.
To receive your credit as an in-person attendee, your badge will be scanned on your way in and out of the room to ensure you stayed for the session in its entirety.
To receive your credit as a virtual attendee, you must be signed in to the live session for its entirety.
Most sessions will be available on-demand following the conference but will not have Category A credits assigned to them when viewing on-demand.
Credits will be issued within 30 days of the conference.
Credit requirements for a conference recording would need you to complete the full conference recording for a session and answer a quiz with a minimum passing grade of 75%. Instead of this, to allow maximum flexibility and more casual viewing, we have decided to offer non-accredited conference recordings, which you can self-claim the session that you watch on-demand (if your regulator or employer allows this) without requiring the quiz.
If you attend the full conference, in-person or virtually, you can receive up to 10 Category A Credits from the live sessions alone. Note, you must be signed into the live virtual session or be the room for an in-person session for its entirety to receive the credit.
Since you can only be in one place at a time live, you won't be able to attend all sessions live but you can view most sessions on-demand after the conference for up to a year! Keep in mind, the on-demand sessions do not qualify for Category A credits.

In-Person Attendees
The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. We have been working diligently to return to in-person meetings safely, including ongoing consultation regarding provincial and regional public health guidelines in Jasper in May.
We strongly encourage all attendees to be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 should they plan to attend in-person. In-person gatherings hold inherent risk of contracting COVID-19 and other viruses. CAMRT is not responsible or liable should attendees become infected.
Several CAMRT staff members are certified in Pandemic On-Site Protocols.
Full conference registration is the best value and includes complete access to all sessions (live and those that will be available on-demand for a period of 12 months following the event). It also includes access to all sessions at the in-person event, ability to visit sponsor booths, access to the CAMRT AGM on May 1 catering for AM and PM networking breaks, lunch both days, the Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony the evening of May 2, virtual networking within the platform/app where you can connect with sponsors and both virtual and-person attendees.

Virtual Attendees
It is scheduled in a similar way to an in-person event, with up to 5 concurrent sessions happening at once. All sessions will be broadcast live, most with a live Q&A period following the presentation. In some cases, pre-recorded content will be mixed within the live content. Once you join your session, you will be able to ask questions, chat with other audience members, as well as participate in live polling. The 4 plenary sessions will be streamed live from the in-person event. All other conference sessions will be broadcast uniquely to the virtual audience for maximum engagement. You will also be able to participate in our Annual General Meeting held on the afternoon of May 1.
You will be able to network with all other attendees through chat functions, which includes group chat options. You can also engage with sponsors via their virtual booths.
No, there is only one pass type available for the virtual version of the event. It gives you full access to all sessions offered throughout the weekend.
Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to navigate away from the page anytime during the live event if needed. You may need to log back in upon your return. However, if you are in a live session you must stay on that page for the entire session to receive credit. Participation is automatically tracked through the platform.
All registrants need to be registered independently for the event. We cannot stop you from viewing the sessions together; however, only the person who has registered for the event will be eligible for credit. Also, if you have not registered for the conference, you are not able to enjoy the other features of the platform, like networking.
