Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

Online registration will remain open until 11:59 pm EST, Friday October 28, 2022.

Regular Rate ($395 until Sept 30th, $470 after Sept 30th) $395
Group Rate, per registrant (until September 30, 2022)
Minimum 3 registrants must register at the same time using the Register Another button to qualify for the group rate. Payment for all 3 or more registrants must be done at the same time during the payment process.		 $375
Student* Rate $200
Survivor/Caregiver* Rate$160


*A valid copy of your student ID, hospital ID or letter from a supervisor must accompany your online registration via upload in order to have the rate honoured. Uploaded files may be in JPEG, PNG, MS Word or PDF format.  This rate is only available for those who are currently enrolled as a student at a school.

Credit – Visa or MasterCard accepted
Cheque* – Payable to the University Health Network.  The cheque option will be available until September 30, 2022. All cheque payments must be received within two weeks of online registration.

One-day registrations are not available; however, a registration can be shared between 2 people, with each person attending on a separate day.  Delegates are responsible for sharing conference materials.  This only applies to the Early Bird Rate or Regular Rate. 

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, minus an administration fee of $75.00, will be issued for cancellations received via email to Conference Services conferences@uhn.ca on or before October 6, 2022. No refunds will be issued after October 6, 2022. Refunds will not be granted to guests who do not attend the conference.

Substitution Policy
Substitution of registrations is permitted until Friday October 28, 2022 by contacting conferences@uhn.ca. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.

If the Toronto ABI Network is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the Event you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or the onsite Event cannot be conducted because of acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) the Toronto ABI Network shall have the right to immediately terminate the affected Event without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to the Registrant.
