Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

 

Visa Invitation Letters

If you require a visa to attend CCGH 2026, please purchase only a virtual ticket! After you register, upload the following documents to the registration portal:

  • Your passport as proof of citizenship.
  • Proof of employment with a Global Health entity (within the last 3 years) or confirmation of student status from an academic institution.
  • A Letter of Support from your employer or institution to attend the conference.

Once you submit the required documents and these are approved, the system will generate an automated invitation letter. Please note that the submitted documentation must be approved before we can issue the invitation letter. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the approval process.

After successfully securing your Canadian visa, return to the registration portal, upload a copy of your visa, and notify us by email. We will then upgrade your registration to in-person status, and you will need to pay the difference in the registration fee.

Refunds will not be issued if your visa application is denied or does not arrive on time.
