Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

 

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Please note that CAGH will not offer refunds for conference registrations.

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may designate someone to attend in your place. Requests must be made by the person registered and received by e-mail no later than Friday, October 9, 2026. No substitutions will be allowed after that date. You must submit requests for changes or substitutions in writing to conference@cagh-acsm.org.

Important: If you are a CAGH member and your replacement is a non-member, that individual must pay any difference in fees.

The Canadian Association for Global Health (CCGH) uses the information collected on the registration form to provide you with information and services related to CCGH. We also use the information in preparing statistical reports.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable laws and CAGH's policies to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.

By registering for the Canadian Conference for Global Health (CCGH), you are giving consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes identified above.

Photograph and Media Consent

By registering and participating in the Canadian Conference for Global Health (CCGH), you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in photographs, videos, and other media taken during the event. The Canadian Association for Global Health and CCGH2026 organizers may use these materials for promotional, educational, or archival purposes, now and in the future.

Harassment and Discrimination

The Canadian Conference for Global Health (CCGH) is committed to providing a harassment- and discrimination-free conference for all participants. It expects everyone to treat others respectfully and to demonstrate the integrity expected of the global health profession.
