REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: *Required

Registrations received and paid by October 7, 2025, qualify for the early bird rate. After this date, regular fees apply until November 9, 2025. One-Week out registration rates will apply after November 10.

All registration fees must be paid in full before the event. Any outstanding balance will need to be paid on-site before admission.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Requests for substitutions must be submitted by email no later than November 7, 2025.

Cancellations received by email on or before October 7, 2025, are eligible for a refund, less a $100 administrative fee (plus applicable HST). No refunds will be issued after October 7.

Canada Health Infoway reserves the right to cancel the event if minimum attendance is not met. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
