Cancellations
The cancellation deadline (to receive a refund minus a $25 admin fee) is June 1, 2025. All cancellations must be received by email to the registration@chfcanada.coop.
In the event that CHF Canada has to cancel the 2025 Annual Meeting as a result of a public health emergency, extreme weather event, or any other event that CHF Canada determines, in its sole discretion, puts the health and safety of attendees at risk, refunds will be provided in full to attendees.
