Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

Registration closes at 5:00 pm on August 19, 2025 for in person registrations and 5:00 pm on August 21, 2025 for virtual registrations.

Please note, if you have indicated that you have special needs (dietary/accessibility) we will do our best to accommodate this request; however, an additional fee may be applied to the individual if required. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

UHN Conference Services does not issue letters of invitation to international delegates. Administrative fees will apply to cancelled registrations.

Please upload proof of status during the online registration process for discounted CST and AST Member rates.

Payment Details

Credit – Visa or MasterCard accepted
Cheque – Payable to the University Health Network. Option available only until July 24, 2025. Payments after that date must be made using Visa or MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, minus a $25.00 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via email on or before July 24, 2025. No refunds will be issued after July 24, 2025. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference.
