Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

Registration will open in late February/ Early March 2025. Online registration will close on Monday September 8, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Registration deadlines and fees are subject to change.

*Early rates will apply until Friday August 1, 2025 at midnight Eastern Time.

**A valid copy of your student or hospital ID as proof of status must accompany your online registration via upload in order to have the rate honoured. Uploaded files may be in JPEG, PNG, MS Word or PDF format.

Payments:
Accepted Methods:
VISA, MasterCard, or cheque (until August 1, 2025)

Cheques:
Make all cheques payable to the University Health Network and mail to Conference Services, University Health Network, 550 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M5G 2A2. Cheque payments are available until August 1, 2025 and must be received before the conference

Currency:
All registration fees are in Canadian funds

Tax:
A 13% tax will be applied to all conference fees

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A refund, minus a $200 administration fee for full conference registrations and $65 for one-day registrations, will be issued for cancellations received via email to Conferences Services (conferences@uhn.ca) on or before August 15, 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date, and refunds will not be granted to registrants who do not attend the conference.

Registration Instructions:
Registration will open in late February/ Early March 2025. Online registration will close on Monday September 8, 2025 at 9:00 AM.

To Register:

  • Locate and click the “Register” button in the right-hand sidebar.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed with the registration process.
  • Ensure you complete the payment page to finalize your registration.

To Update your Registration:

  • Click on the “Returning Registrant” button.
  • Enter the email address used during the registration process and your registration confirmation number (found in your confirmation email).

Although we will make every effort to work with the conference venue to accommodate the various dietary requirements and food allergies of our guests, please be advised that food may come in contact with items containing allergens, and there is always a risk of contamination or cross contamination. The potential does exist that venue catering may change their preparation or manner of processing without our knowledge. Delegates with concerns need to be aware of these risks. The University Health Network will assume no liability for any adverse reactions that may occur.
