Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

 

Hotel

JW Marriott Parq is now accepting hotel reservations. Guestroom rates are $375 CAD, plus applicable taxes.

To take advantage of this discount, visit the Air Canada website and enter the code LNQDHGM1 in the promotion code box. The designated travel period for the conference on Air Canada begins Monday, Nov. 9, 2026, and ends Thursday, Nov. 26, 2026.

Westjet

Conference delegates may take advantage of 5% off Econo and 10% off EconoFlex and Premium fares for travel with WestJet within Canada and between Canada & US. To take advantage of this discount, visit the WestJet website and use coupon code 5Q4P0PP. The designated travel period for the conference with WestJet begins Sunday, Nov. 8, 2026, and ends Thursday, Nov. 26, 2026 for Vancouver.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

VIA

Conference delegates may take advantage of 10% off the best available fare in Economy, Economy Plus, Business, Business Plus, Sleeper class. Fare applies to a maximum of two passengers per booking. One complimentary stopover is allowed at no additional charge. The territory is from all stations throughout the VIA system to Vancouver and return. Discount does not apply in any Escape fares and Prestige Class.
