Conference Registration
Registration for the 2026 Infoway Partnership Conference is now open! Your Partnership Conference registration includes the Newcomer Session, Pitch Competition, Keynote, Leadership, and Concurrent sessions. As well as the Welcome Reception on November 16 and Evening Networking Reception on November 17.

Start date: Monday, November 16, 2026
End date: Wednesday, November 18, 2026
To note: The welcome reception will be held the evening of November 16, 2026.
Early Bird (on or before October 7, 2026)
General: $1,400.00 + applicable taxes
Student*: $450.00 + applicable taxes
Regular (from October 8 to November 8, 2026)
General: $1,650.00 + applicable taxes
Student*: $450.00 + applicable taxes
One-Week Out (from November 9, 2026)
General: $1,750.00 + applicable taxes
Student*: $450.00 + applicable taxes
Students: * If you are registering as a student, please contact us with proof of current student status (i.e. scan a copy of student ID or proof of registration in the current academic year). Please include your full name and the name of the event, "2026 Infoway Partnership Conference” in the e-mail.
Patient Partner: If you are seeking to register as a patient partner, please contact us and include your full name.
Tax exempt: If you require a tax-exempt rate, please contact us with your tax-exempt number prior to registering to receive a registration code.
Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policies
All deadlines are 11:59 PM ET on the stated date, unless otherwise noted.
Registrations received and paid by October 7, 2026 qualify for the early bird rate. After this date, regular fees apply until November 8, 2026. One-week out registration rates will apply after November 8.
All registration fees must be paid in full before the event. Any outstanding balance will need to be paid on-site before admission.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Requests for substitutions must be submitted by email no later than November 8, 2026.
Cancellations received by email on or before October 7, 2026, are eligible for a refund, less a $100 administrative fee (plus applicable taxes). No refunds will be issued after October 7.
Canada Health Infoway reserves the right to cancel the event if minimum attendance is not met. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
