  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.

    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.


  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.


General Information


The program agenda begins the evening of Tuesday, October 11th, 2022.  Please book your air travel to arrive no later than 15:00 GMT that day to allow sufficient time to transfer to and check in at the hotel prior to dinner. 

Departure date is Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 and you may book your travel to depart at any time that day.

Canadian citizens travelling to London must carry a valid passport as proof of citizenship and must be valid for at least the duration of your stay 

Canadian Passport Information:

In addition to a valid passport, all non-Canadian citizens who are Permanent Residents or Landed Immigrants in Canada require a valid, unexpired Permanent Resident Card to return to Canada on a commercial aircraft.   Be sure to check the expiry date on your card. In October the climate in London will be quite comfortable.  The average maximum day time temperature is 16°C.  The average night-time temperature is usually 11°C.  We recommend to bring a raincoat and an umbrella.
Throughout the program, we recommend business casual attire throughout the program.  Be sure to bring appropriate outerwear as we will be outdoors at times.   
Specifically bring clothes and shoes for the outdoor disaster exercise.

The official currency in London is the pound sterling (£/GBP.)  Major credit cards are widely accepted throughout the country. ATMs are widely available, but only local currency can be withdrawn.


The voltage in London is 230 V.  You will need to bring a power plug adapter to power your electronics and personal appliances.
