Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

Note: Partial attendance and fees are not available. All registration fees are subject to 13% HST.

Registration will open in April 2024. Accepted applicants will receive instructions for registration and payment via email and all applicants will be notified of status by September 20, 2024.

Registration Includes:

  • Continental Breakfasts, Refreshment Breaks and Lunches
  • One Welcome Reception (Date TBC) RSVP required
  • Education Materials (Educational tools and workbook)

Payments can be made online by Visa or MasterCard or by Cheque.

Receipts of Payment are issued by e-mail only.

Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after October 4, 2024. A processing fee of $100 will be retained on all cancellations. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent via email to conferences@uhn.ca. Registrations are not transferable.

The University Health Network reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events cancelled by the University Health Network will be refunded; however the University Health Network will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
