*A valid copy of your student ID or badge or letter from a supervisor confirming your status as a student/fellow must be uploaded during the registration process to have the rate honoured.
Online registration closes April 23, 2024. Onsite registration will be available (space permitting).
Registration includes conference material and a certificate of attendance (accessed electronically following the conference).
All program times are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Important Information for In-Person Attendees
In-person seating will not be socially distanced
We are offering virtual attendance as an alternative option to in-person attendance
Medical face masks are not mandatory inside the conference centre. Masks are available at the hospital entrances.
Self-screening is in effect at hospital entrances. Please review the self-screening posters and do not enter if you do not “pass” screening.
Hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the event space, especially near food and beverage stations
Boxed lunches and individually packaged food items will be provided where possible to reduce person-to-person contact
Please monitor your own health status and do not attend in person if you are symptomatic in any way
Cancellation Policy
A full refund, minus an administration fee ($20.00 for general registrations, $10.00 for students/fellows/residents/post-doc), will be issued for cancellations received via email on or before April 2, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference.
