We are inviting women in STEM from all Government of Canada science-based departments and agencies across the country to present a poster at the Celebrating the Success of Women in STEM Symposium: Turning Challenges into Opportunities.
Your participation will help showcase research excellence of women working in science and innovation. It will also allow us to celebrate the successes of women in STEM, in spite of the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.

E-poster requirements
- The e-poster must be a PDF file, maximum 25MB.
- Translation is required for the e-poster title and abstract, only. The e-poster can be presented in the official language of your choice.
- The abstract has a 200 word maximum.
- Approval, from the appropriate authority, to share your research will be required.
- Please use the designated scientific research template, according to your department's requirements.
Upcoming deadlines
- February 2: Early bird deadline for registering to present a poster (below) and uploading content. Translation is required for poster title and abstract. Poster can be presented in the language of your choice.
- February 10, noon: Final deadline for registering to present a poster and uploading content.
