Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Ms. Chantal Richer by email at bureau@acpi.ca. If you cancel your registration before September 25, 2026, ACPI will refund the registration fee, less a 25% administrative fee. Any cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration by credit card. Please follow the instructions on the next page to complete your online payment. Your pre-conference registration includes lunch, dinner, two health breaks, as well as access to the welcome reception with one beverage and hors d'oeuvres service, on Thursday November 12th. Your conference registration includes access to the welcome reception with one beverage and hors d'oeuvres service on Thursday November 12th, breakfast, lunch and two health breaks on Friday November 13th, as well as breakfast and the morning health break on Saturday November 14th.

Program changes, workshop cancellations, and delegate substitution
Speakers and presenters were confirmed at the time of publication. However, circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers may result in substitutions or cancellations of speakers or workshops. Therefore, the event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the list of speakers, workshops or program if necessary. The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the speaker list or conference program and to cancel workshops or events if registration criteria are not met or if events beyond their control occur. Every effort will be made to contact each participant in the event that a workshop is cancelled or changed. Neither ACPI nor the St. John's Conference Centre will assume any responsibility in the event that the conference is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled due to Force Majeure, Act of God, unforeseeable circumstances or any other event that makes the conference impractical or impossible.

You may substitute one delegate at any time; however, you may not include two or more people on the same registration. Please contact the ACPI office at bureau@acpi.ca or 613-230-9111 for any substitutions.

Information Collected - When you register, we collect the following information about you: name, name of organization you represent, title, address, telephone number, email address, specific requirements (food allergies or special accessibility needs).

Reason for Data Collection -ACPI uses your information to 1) organize the event and communicate with you about the 2026 national Conference. We may use this information to inform you of other products and services that may be of interest to you.

• Thursday, November 12, 2026: 1 dinner, 1 health break, and access to the welcome reception including a beverage and hors d'oeuvres service;
• Friday, November 13, 2026: breakfast, lunch, and two health breaks;
• Saturday, November 14, 2026: lunch and the morning health break.

Exhibitor space will be equipped with:

• 1 8 x 10 space with back and side drapes
• 1 6-foot table
• 2 chairs
• Access to electricity and Wifi
• 1 wastebasket
