Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

 

Exhibitors

Registration as an EXHIBITOR TO THE TRADESHOW includes:
(November 12-13-14, 2026)

  • Access for 1 person to the conference with the possibility of adding 2 additional representatives at a cost of $400 per person per registration;
  • An 8'X8' space including o back and side drapes, one (1) 6 ft table + 2 chairs + waste basket;
  • Access to electricity and Wifi at your booth;
  • Access to 650 + delegates, French Immersion professionals from all over the country;
  • Two (2) breakfast meals (Nov. 13-14) and two (2) lunch meals (Nov 12-13);**;
  • Three (3) health breaks during the conference;**;
  • Free admission + one drink for the OPENING COCKTAIL RECEPTION (November 12, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.).**;
  • **Food and beverages are offered for one (1) representative per booth. If your organization plans to come with more than one representation, you have to add any additional representatives in the same registration. There is an additional $400 fee for every additional representative attending your booth. (up to a maximum of 3 people in total)

No bag distribution policy

As an exhibitor, you are allowed to distribute promotional items to our participants during the conference. As part of an exclusivity agreement with one of our major sponsors, the distribution of any form of bags during the conference will not be allowed. ACPI reserves the right to remove any bag being distributed at the conference other than the delegate bag.

Additional Representative Regular: $400
Max 2 additional reps per registration*
* Whether you purchase one booth or two, the maximum amount of people allowed that can attend your booth is 3 people. This is a limit that we have to respect in order to be in accordance with the venue capacity.
