Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

 

Reimbursement Details and Instructions

IMPaCT & RareKids-CAN

MICYRN (on behalf of IMPaCT and RareKids-CAN) will cover the following expenses for 2026-27 IMPaCT fellows, assigned mentors to a 2026-27 mentor team, parent/youth partners, invited speakers, and planning committee members. If you're unsure whether your expenses will be covered, please contact us at impactrials@gmail.com or rarekidscan@micyrn.ca.

Round-trip economy airfare to Montréal Trudeau International Airport (YUL), up to $1,000.

Train travel up to $400.

Ground transportation at the event destination (taxi or rideshare between the airport/train station and the event venue): up to $100 CAD total

Hotel accommodation at the Omni Mont Royal

Parking at the meeting venue for local attendees.


IMPaCT attendees may also be eligible for meals, snacks, and beverages while in transit, up to $100 per day.


Receipts are required for all expenses.

MICYRN will process all reimbursements after the event. Please retain all relevant receipts, as credit card statements are not sufficient. If you require reimbursement before the event, please reach out in advance to make arrangements.
