Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

My name is Joshua Renderos Cruz, I was born in El Salvador C. However, I was raised here in Canada from about six years old. My passion has always been cooking, I have had the pleasure to work in various Hotels, Restaurants and Retirement Homes throughout my 21 years of culinary journey. There have been some very stressful times throughout my career, however, when you enjoy your work, there is nothing you cannot overcome. To me being a chef is not what I do, it's who I am. Having Latin roots has given me the opportunity to add a little spice to my work places and create unique recipes that are tasty and full of culture. Having started from humble beginnings has allowed me to stay true to myself and stay focused in everything I do. After many years of patience and hard work, I was fortunate to be hired as the Executive Chef at the prestigious Infinity Convention Centre. A place where we all come from different cultures, have different traditions, however, we all speak one common language, that of course is food. I feel privileged and honored to work alongside some of the best cooks and chefs in Ottawa. In conclusion I will say this, Integrity, Commitment and Discipline will always help you succeed in life.
