Online registration closes Monday September 19, 2022.
Payment information
Payment by VISA or MasterCard must accompany the completed online registration form. All payments must be made with a credit card.
Cancellation policy
A full refund, minus $75 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via e-mail on or before August 19, 2022. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds will not be granted to registrants who do not attend the conference.
