Welcome Letter from Chair and Co-Chair:
It is our utmost pleasure, to invite you to attend our first Symposium for the 10th Anniversary of the Transplant – Infectious Disease program at UHN.
This symposium will provide state-of-the-art discussion on hot topics in the field of transplant infectious diseases.
Our speakers will be giving talks ranging from basic principles, to the management of difficult infections in solid organ transplantation. Presentations on the latest developments in Transplant Infectious Diseases will provide a brief glimpse into the future of this exciting field.
You will be among an audience of transplant physicians, infectious disease physicians, surgeons, trainees and other health professionals. We have a program specially designed to promote interactivity, and to help generate discussion stemming from interesting case presentations.
