Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

Hosted by Sonography Canada, SonoCon is the National Conference for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers and the meeting place for professionals, stakeholders, and senior volunteer leadership. The conference in Calgary will draw sonographers from across Canada.

The conference will take place in the Calgary Telus Convention Centre located at 136 8th Avenue SE, Calgary. The conference hotels are the Hyatt Regency Calgary, 700 Centre Street, and the Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel, 110 9th Avenue SE. Pre-conference Innovation Workshops (Friday from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM)

Join our Focus Groups that will influence sonographer development and the profession! Earn two bonus CPD credits for participation.

At SonoCon 2026, we’re looking for sonographers from all areas of practice and all stages of career experience to participate in interactive focus groups exploring the future of Leadership development and helping to develop Preceptor Education in the profession.

Registration for each lab is limited to 30 participants. There is no fee to attend, and you will earn two Sonography-Based CPD Credits for participating.

You will need to use your Sonography Canada login information and member number when registering, which you can find by logging in to your account centre.

If you are not a Sonography Canada member simply choose the Non-Member ticket type.
