Thank you for submitting an abstract to the NPAC/NPANS 2026 National Nurse Practitioner Conference in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
On behalf of the Conference Planning & Scientific Committee, we appreciate the time and effort you put into your submission. We’re pleased to welcome you to the program, and we look forward to your presentation and your contribution to this national conference for nurse practitioners.
Please review and follow the instructions below for your assigned presentation type (Oral, Poster, or Workshop). These guidelines include required formatting, presenter responsibilities, and key deadline dates. Adhering to these instructions helps us ensure a smooth program, consistent scheduling, and an excellent experience for delegates and presenters.

Poster Presentation Instructions
Thank you for your contribution to the 2026 NPAC/NPANS National Nurse Practitioner Conference. Please review the following important instructions regarding your poster presentation:

1. Confirmation of participation
Please confirm your acceptance of the poster presentation by replying to this email no later than February 9, 2026 at conference@npac-aiipc.org. -
2. Presentation time
Your poster is scheduled for a 6-minute presentation, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A (total: 8 minutes) during the dedicated poster sessions at the conference. - 3. Presentation schedule
Your assigned presentation time will be listed in the conference program posted on the conference webpage. If you have any concerns about your scheduled time, contact conference@npac-aiipc.org as soon as possible. - 4. Poster printing specifications
Posters must be printed in 36 × 48-inch, landscape format to be physically posted on a poster board. - 5. Registration
Ensure you have registered for the conference. If you have not yet done so, please complete your registration as soon as possible. - 6. Industry references
Your poster must not include any industry references, logos, or promotional content.
Workshop Presentation Instructions
Thank you for your contribution to the 2026 NPAC/NPANS National Nurse Practitioner Conference. Please review the following important instructions regarding your workshop presentation:

1. PowerPoint template
You must use the official conference PowerPoint template below. Please send your completed PowerPoint presentation to conference@npac-aiipc.org.

2. Presentation time (90 minutes)
You have 90 minutes for your interactive workshop presentation. Please build in adequate time to ensure meaningful participation from delegates.- Timing reminder: To keep the program running smoothly and ensure every presenter receives their full allotted time, we’ll be closely managing the schedule. We’ll provide time cues as you approach your limit, and we will stop the workshop when time is up so we can transition to the next session on time.
- 3. Speaker bio (deadline: March 30, 2026)
Please provide a speaker bio of no more than 50 words, due no later than March 30, 2026. - 4. Registration
Ensure you have registered for the conference. If you have not yet done so, please complete your registration as soon as possible. - 5. Presentation submission (deadline: March 30, 2026)
Your final workshop presentation must be submitted no later than March 30, 2026 to conference@npac-aiipc.org. - 6. Presentation schedule
Your assigned workshop time will be listed in the conference program posted on the conference webpage. If you have any concerns about your scheduled time, contact conference@npac-aiipc.org as soon as possible. - 7. Industry references
