Registration Terms and Conditions

Registrations will be processed upon completion of the online form. Once you submit your online registration, your registration is confirmed, and payment charges will apply. Payment is accepted via credit card only. Please note, payment charges apply to all registrations, including no shows or last-minute withdrawals. All fees are in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, refuse admission, or change speakers, location, or content at any time.

Cancellation Requests:

• All cancellation requests must be emailed to education (education@pogo.ca).
• A $50.00 administrative processing fee will apply to all cancellations.
• Cancellations after Friday, October 24, 2025, are non-refundable.
• Please note that we are unable to provide partial or full refunds for cancellations due to illness or extenuating circumstances after the October 24, 2025 deadline has passed.
• Refunds will be processed after the POGO Multidisciplinary Symposium on Childhood Cancer.

Substitution Policy:

• Substitution of registrants is permitted up until Friday, October 24, 2025. We do not offer a cancellation option after this date.
• Substitutions are permitted at no charge, anytime up until October 24, 2025. After this date, a $50 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations. If you wish to transfer your registration to another individual, please email education (education@pogo.ca) with the name and email address of the individual you wish to transfer your registration to.

D.E. Systems Terms and Conditions

D.E. Systems' myConferenceSuite Registration System is responsible for personal information under its control. Collection of personal information by myConferenceSuite will be limited to what is necessary for the purposes of registration for the event.

When we use trusted third parties to act on our behalf by performing such functions as processing credit card payments, contractual or other appropriate means are used to ensure compliance by such third parties with this Policy and all applicable privacy laws.

Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, to process the registration data to a given event.

We will keep your personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.

The Policy is subject to PIPEDA and/or any other applicable privacy laws and myConferenceSuite reserves the right to change it at any time.
