Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: *Required

*Advance registrations received with payment by October 8, 2024, will be given the early bird registration discount. Registrations after this date will be charged regular fees until November 10, 2024 incl., after which One-week Out registration pricing will apply.

All payments must be received in full before the event. Outstanding balances will need to be paid on-site prior to admission to the event.

Delegates may elect to transfer their registration to another individual. This change must be requested by via email.

Refunds will be issued upon request, less a $100 administration fee (plus applicable HST), if notification is received via email by October 8, 2024. No refunds will be made after this date.

Canada Health Infoway reserves the right to cancel should a minimum registration number not be attained.
