Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

The Westin Ottawa is now accepting hotel reservations. Guestroom rates are $299 CAD, plus applicable taxes.

We encourage conference delegates to make reservations early with our designated hotel, as our discounted room rates are limited until Oct. 23, 2024. Conference delegates may take advantage of a 10% discount on available base fares (with the exception of the lowest class fare during a public seat sale) with Porter Airlines. To take advantage of the discount, visit the Porter Airlines website and use coupon code IWPC24. The designated travel period for the conference on Porter Airlines begins Friday, Nov. 15, 2024, and ends Friday, Nov. 22, 2024.

VIA

Conference delegates may take advantage of 10% off the best available fare in Economy, Economy Plus, Business, Business Plus, Sleeper class. Fare applies to a maximum of two passengers per booking. One complimentary stopover is allowed at no additional charge. The territory is from all stations throughout the VIA system to Ottawa and return. Discount does not apply in any Escape fares and Prestige Class.
